Aparajeyo-Bangladesh, a National Human Rights Organization has signed a partnership agreement to commence a project to protect and rehabilitate child survivors of trafficking. This project is funded by Freedom Fund, a catalyst in the global effort to end modern slavery and trafficking.
The project is expected to commence operations in Jamalpur and Dhaka from 15 June 2024 and the period of the project is 17 months. Aparajeyo-Bangladesh, will recruit competent and qualified project personnel in Dhaka and Jamalpur to support the implementation of the project. The positions to be recruited are (1) Project Coordinator [1 No.], (2) Centre Manager [1 No. for Jamalpur only], (3) Social Workers [4 Nos. 2 for Dhaka and 2 for Jamalpur], (4) Teachers [2 Nos. 1 for Dhaka and 1 for Jamalpur], (5) Part-time Counsellors [4 Nos. 2 for Dhaka and 2 for Jamalpur] and (6) House Mothers [2 Nos. 1 for Dhaka and 1 for Jamalpur].
