SANJOG (Building Linkages)

The project will involve 200 sex workers/coalitions and 50 external stakeholders to conduct a needs assessment of the sex workers. A Mapping will be conducted through 10 FGDs and field visits with sex workers and external stakeholders to identify potential service providers for referrals of sex workers. An Advocacy & Capacity Building report on interventions for the sex workers will be developed to advocate/lobby with policy makers. Sex workers will have improved knowledge of life skills, SRHR, VAC, women rights through trainings and participate with communities in initiatives to protect and promote their rights.

Partnership Agreement: On December 26, 2023, the SANJOG project agreement was signed between UN Women and Aparajeyo-Bangladesh.
