Feedback & Complaint

Feedback & Complaint Mechanism

Aparajeyo-Bangladesh welcomes, honors and take actions on each feedback and complaint received via any medium (formal or informal). We’ve set our priority for the protection and confidentiality of the issuer (the person who make the call or send feedback/complaint) and the victim (the child/youth/staff/beneficiary/people who has been deprived, got hurts, exploited or abused, emotionally or physically, and who is at risk of the same). We are also thankful to the issuer who sends us a general feedback, advice, suggestion or recommendation.

This is to be noted that we keep records of these information with the highest privacy & protection system and we often use this information, without revealing any personal data (pseudonym used), for improvement of our operational system, internal controls, designing better program and for our continuous development. We have different policies like Children and Young People’s Safeguarding policy (in short, Safeguarding), Protection from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation policy (in short, PSEA), Fraud/Corruption Prevention & Investigation policy (in short, Anti-Fraud), Whistle Blower policy and others. We will take actions as required by those policies as early as possible.

To send a feedback, advice, suggestion or recommendation you can write to us at info@aparajeyo.org or wahida@aparajeyo.org or drop your letter at any Complaint Box you may see at our centers or working areas and in offices.
