Required Experience:

    Planning and Organizing
  • Coordinate and support the expansion of the pool of project staff.
  • Support project staff and volunteers to carry out in person and awareness delivery to primary beneficiaries, judiciary members, indirect beneficiaries, CSOs, schools etc.
  • Manage and prioritize own workload to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Work with the Director Programmes to set indicators and monitor outcomes and provide regular reports on activities.
  • Work with the communication team of AB to design appropriate mobilization and sensitization messages for the target population.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality donor and internal reporting which effectively captures programme impact and contributes to institutional learning.

  • Problem Solving
  • Use insight and creativity to identify and solve problems, demonstrate initiative and a solution-orientated approach when met with challenging situations.
  • Support project team members and trainers and use judgment to manage relationships so that issues that arise are dealt with in a timely and tactful manner.

  • Decision Making
  • Determine if a decision requires Director Programmes approval and be comfortable taking decisions on day-to-day activities.
  • Be sufficiently aware of the consequences of decision making for the project, particularly in outward facing engagement work.
  • Identify the most effective way to support the project team members and ensure a coordinated approach to activities undertaken.
  • Use judgment and initiative to progress project management responsibilities and to identify circumstances where higher approval is needed.

  • Budget management
  • Assume overall responsibility for financial management of the programme, including approving and monitoring financial transfers, disbursements and reports as well as direct expenditures.


Educaional Qualification: Degree in Development Studies, MBA, LLB/LLM or Social Sciences; related field or equivalent degree in humanities and Science.

Job Experience: At least 10 year(s)


Additional Requirements:

01. Age 35 to 45 year(s)

02. A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the NGOs;

03. Must be fluent in Bangla and English and Computer literacy skills.

04. Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing Justice, Rights, and Peace projects.

05. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

06. Good team building skills.

07. Excellent organizational skills.


Job Location: Dhaka, Gazipur, Tangail and Brahmanbaria

Duration: 24 Months

Salary: 52,000 BDT
