Finance and Admin Officers

Required Experience:

  • Maintain site accounts.
  • Prepare all sorts of Vouchers of all transactions with proper supporting documents.
  • Perform and maintain banking related issues including Bank Reconciliation Report.
  • Maintain General ledger, Cash & Check book, Advance register, and Petty Cash.
  • Check and make payment Travel Expenses Reports, Conveyance bill etc.
  • Arrangement of different logistics support services such as stationeries, photocopying, transport, refreshments, office cleaning, etc.
  • Affix Revenue Stamp; Deduct Income taxes at source as applicable, and deposit to Govt. treasury.
  • Prepare monthly financial report with necessary supporting and timely submission.
  • Assist annual external audit, reviews as well as internal monitoring.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, stock register, ensure affix ID numbers, and keep track of items.
  • Filling and preservation of financial vouchers, HR related files in a confidential manner
  • Ensure compliance of Tax, VAT deduction at source and extend support to District Manager to complete procurement processes according to the rules and regulations.
  • Ensure systematic cross /spot check and triangulation of financial data to ensure validity, reliability, timeliness and quality of all data.
  • Assist and actively participate in project financial planning, assessments/ evaluation.
  • Accompaniment supports project management and donors during field visits and sharing of financial monitoring findings in regular basis.
  • Any other activities as assigned by the respective management.
  • Attending regular meetings/trainings/workshops as and when required by the project and management.
  • Work closely with the project team.


Educaional Qualification: Post-graduate degree in accounts or finance or relevant discipline.

Job Experience: At least 05 year(s)


Additional Requirements:

01. Age 30 to 40 year(s)

02. A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the NGOs.

03. Must be fluent in Bangla and English and Computer literacy skills.

04. Minimum 5 years experiences in maintaining books and records and accounts of development projects, preferably donor-funded NGO projects.

05. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

06. Excellent organizational skills.


Job Location: Tangail and Brahmanbaria

Duration: 24 Months

Salary: 18,000 BDT
