Weekly activities for the duration of 04 November to 10 November 2022

Facilitation and monitoring of bi-Month Meetings:
Through this meeting, it will enhance the capacity and knowledge of UPLAC members and also increase awareness about their roles and responsibilities. They will review their last two-month activities and set the activity and strategy for the next two months. They will also discuss field-level situations, and problems, and overcome processes.

Facilitation and monitoring bi-Month Meetings of UPLAC:
Mr. Shishir Das, Chairman, Patikhalghata Union Parishad, Kathalia, Jhalokathi, 01726-760290, Said that UPLAC members in Patukhalghata will take steps to increase legal aid clients & refer to District Legal Aid Office. We will arrange an awareness session and disseminate legal aid issues. We will arrange a bi-Month meeting in due time.

Miking campaigns and other mobile information mechanisms:
Md. Ratton, Businessman, Subidpur Union, Jhalokath, 01724005953, Said that Miking is a good initiative at Union Level. Because most of the poor people of our country live in a village. Free Legal Aid Service is the most important service for deprived people. Today miking people, especially women can be informed and aware of free legal aid services. If they need legal aid services and legal counseling, they will go to the district legal aid office.

In today’s meeting, I informed the government about the legal aid service in detail. I must go to the district legal aid office. I hope I will get justice.
