The safe digital space for girls and youth (SDSGY) project are implementing with the technical support of Grameenphone and the local partner Aparajeyo-Bangladesh and funded by Plan International Bangladesh, this program is being implemented in 4 Division (Dhaka, Barisal, Rangpur and Chattogram). The project are implementing from 1st February 2023 – 30th November 2024. The safe digital space for girls and young women project making aware of all the activities of City Corporation, District, Upazila and Union Level. The girls and young women who cannot avail digital knowledge and skills so the project support and training on safe online/digital space for girls and young women especially for the most marginalized and vulnerable communities.
In Sanatan Hindu Ram Ravon Mandir area in Rishi para, Balia union, Dhamrai Upazila under Dhaka we go to five time pre-visit and 19 May 2024 final visit where high level delegation of Grameenphone and Plan International Bangladesh have visited for this event. Ms. Rasna Hasan, Deputy Director and Head of Strategic Project and Partners, Ms. Farhana Islam, Director, Johan Martin, Director, Head of Sustainability, Telenor, Ms Manisha Dogra (TnA) Head of External Relations and Acting Head of Governance & Sustainability in Group Sustainability, Telenor, Alexandra Letelier, Advisor-YEE and Digital Plan International Norway and Md. Rasel Mia-Manager, Digital and Online Literacy & Skills and Plan High Officials and Aparajeyoi-Bangladesh SDSGY Team members and Senior Management Team (SMT) Aparajeyo-Bangladesh attended the program in that area.
