If we can't solve their the problem, we will send them to the District Legal Aid Office, In the office of the Upazila Women and Women's Affairs Officer, you will be able to co-operate in the meeting work regarding the activities of Legal Aid Support to disadvantage women”
Ms. Advocate Sohana Jesmin Vice Chairmen of Dhamrai Upazila under Dhaka The district said that “Many women in my Upazila are more victims of violence. I have seen that many women have come to my Upazila Parishad office who are victims of violence. I talked to them and gave them information on how to get legal advice, as well as District Legal Aid Office information. Today's sensitization session was very important because we learned a lot from the session, especially about gender and violence extremism. We benefited a lot from this training workshop”
Ms. Sornali Rani (Housewife 1 no ward, Jantrail Union under Nawabganj Upazila of Dhaka) said that the people of the village do not know about this legal aid issue. Dhaka is far away from our area so people don't want to go to Dhaka. Today I am aware of this issue and many people villagers inform me about this Legal Aid issue.
