Specific responsibilities:
01. Main responsibilities: Responsible for building rapport with the children, encouraging them to attend pre-school educational session inside the centre and admitting the children in to outside schools.
02. To establish cordial, warm, close affectionate and faithful relationship with the children under education.
03. To conduct classes on a regular basis according to the lesson plan and to ensure children's regular attendance at the Open-Air Street Schools, inside the Centres as well as in outside school.
04. To establish relationship with outside schools/organizations, which are appropriate for street and slum children to ensure their best support.
05. To keep educational records and stock of educational materials as directed by the Line Manager.
06. To attend guardian meeting at outside school as and when required.
07. To innovate appropriate teaching aids with the consultation of Training Officer.
08. To help children to learn and to prepare lessons as well as home work properly.
09. To organize visits for the to different placesfor Excursion and pleasure.
10. To get involved in different co-curricular activities with the children.
11. To do night duties at the centres (where applicable) on the basis of duty roster.
12. To ensure first aid treatment to the children (Teachers who have medical background).
13. To keep Line Manager informed about all relevant matters.
14. To carry out other duties that may be reasonable requested by the Line Manager

Educaional Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Job Experience: 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
01. Age 25 to 30 year(s)
02. A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the NGOs;
03. Must be fluent in Bangla. English and Computer literacy skills will be an advantage.
04. Experience of working with disadvantaged & traumatized children independently with skilled teams.
05. Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities, local government/elected representatives, service providers and institutions.
06. Good team building skills.
07. Ability to participate in capacity building. Disseminate training to other team members.
Job Location: Dhaka
Duration: 10 Month ( From 1st March to 31 December' 20 )
Salary: 10,700
Other Benefits: Festival bonus: 2 equivalent of 1 month salary
