Responsible for building rapport with the community, build a faithful relationship with them. Encourage and motivate community people thus they uphold the children rights in the locality. Encourage community people to visit the center.
To establish cordial, warm, close affectionate and trusting relationship with the immediate community ( Parents, employers, local leaders, and elites for the well being and establish rights of Child laborers).
Support Educators to establish Learning Centre ( LCs) for Child laborers in community.
Forming Learning Centre Management Committee ( LCMC) through identifying relevant persons and conduct monthly LCMC meeting with the help of educator.
Maintain good liaison with formal school authorities and admit children to the formal school
To make frequent visits to children’s work places to contact the dropout and new children to ensure more attendance of those children in the Centre regularly. Help the children to understand the prevailing facilities that have been provided to them.
Establish relations with community people, ensuring best support for the working Children's
To organize community meeting at different places.
Help educators to maintain case management of individual Child laborers .
To assist in making innovate appropriate teaching aids with the consultation of Line Manager.
To get involved in different co-curricular activities with the children.
To keep Line Manager informed about all relevant matters.
To carry out other duties that may be reasonable requested by the Line Manager

A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the NGOs;
Must be fluent in Bangla. English and Computer literacy skills will be an advantage.
Experience of working with disadvantaged & traumatized children independently with skilled teams.
Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities, local government/elected representatives, service providers and institutions.
Good team building skills.
Ability to participate in capacity building. Disseminate training to other team members.
